April and May have been full of joy, laughter and sunshine here at Ullswater Cottage Care Centre, with some lovely outings and birthday celebrations to remember.
In April, we marked a special occasion for Steph, who celebrated her birthday with a lovely lunch out alongside her family. It was a wonderful day for everyone involved, and back at the home, we kept the tradition alive with a slice (or two) of delicious birthday cake.
As May arrived, we were thrilled to celebrate Jamie’s birthday. Residents and staff gathered to share in the fun, and of course, no birthday would be complete without a homemade cake to enjoy together.
May also brought a beautiful day out at the harbour with our residents. With the sun shining and smiles all around, it was the perfect way to enjoy the fresh air, good company and yes – even more cake.
From thoughtful celebrations to days out in the sun, it’s been a season of special moments at Ullswater Cottage. We can’t wait to see what summer brings next.
